Generate / Open BOL
Inbound: generate a template before the load arrives; close/receive only after signed BOL photo and lot codes. Outbound: ship from Effortless by default and requires one signed outbound BOL scan with both signatures.
Inbound excludes Carrier and Internal / Effortless.

Receiving Dock
Inbound BOLs can only become WMS inventory when they are closed/received. Closed inbound BOLs create LPN/pallet plates and put inventory in location DOCK.

Preweigh Verification
Use the night-before reweigh to verify staged bags before they are transferred into larger 5 gallon batch pails.
Production Weigh
When the batch is run, record the actual amount weighed into the kettle. This consumes staged inventory and writes traceability + variance.
